Panna Cotta

Serves 6 - 8

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons water
1 .1/ 4. Teaspoons Gelatin
2 .1 /2. Cup cream
1/3. Cup castor Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or Vanilla Pod)

Method
Soften Gelatin in water, till spongy
Heat cream, milk sugar and vanilla essence over medium heat till just boiling.
Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring till dissolved.
Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
